This page contains a list of the equipment I use.

Desktop computer

My desktop computer is a custom PC that I built in 2016, but I've upgraded it since. Currently, the specifications are:

I've got a Keychron K6 with it, and a Logitech G502 for mouse. I also have a Razer BlackWidow and some other mechanical keyboards somewhere but I never use them.

Laptop computer

My laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad X220. I like this computer because while it's not super powerful, it has a great keyboard, excellent build quality and a TrackPoint. It has an Intel Core i5 2520M, 8 gigabytes of RAM and runs Debian GNU/Linux. Perfectly fine for software development and whatever else on the go.

I might replace it with a newer ThinkPad some day, but it can do everything I need it to as of now, though the display sucks.

Other machines

I've got more machines than that, notably my 2008 iMac which I've used in the past. But most of them are not interesting enough to mention.

A very old Ivy Bridge laptop. It's not great, but for now it seems to do a good enough job. I use this thing for file storage as well, though nothing personal (for obvious reasons).

I primarily use two headphones, Sennheiser HD 600 and AKG K241. I've got these hooked up to a Yamaha RX-V750 receiver which works great as an amplifier. The motherboard I have is capable enough to run these headphones anyway, but it definitely sounds better out of these.

I run an instance of Navidrome on my server, which serves (primarily) lossless music in FLAC format. I use the Feishin player with this, and it works great. This way, I only need to have my collection of music on one computer rather than all of them.
